    (be of + 명사 = 형용사적 표현; be of assistance = assistant, be of help = helpful)

 

-. Please contact me again if there is anything else that I can assist you with.

   ( '전치사' 사용에 유의:  help you with,... assist you with 등 .... '비슷한 예문 하나'

▶   업무로 답장이 늦었을 경우의 회신:

 

-. I'm sorry I haven't responded. I've been swamped. (업무에 쫒겨서...)

-. Sorry, I have not been able to respond as I have very busy traveling and handling other

    business issues lately. 

 

-. Sorry that I haven't been able to get back to you. I have been tied up with some other

    issues, which I should complete by the end of this week or early next week.

    I should be able to complete the market report then.

 

-. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. We had this big project, which was due(마감일)

    yesterday. We worked until midnight last night. It's finally over!  (이제 겨우 끝났습니다)

-. I've been real busy for the last few days. The project was supposed to be over last

    week, but took an additional week.                                   (지난 주에 끝날 예정이었지만...)

 

-. Sorry I haven't been able to respond promptly lately. I've taken over Mike's

     responsibilities on top of my existing ones. My workload(업무량) has doubled now. 

        (제 업무외에 마이크의 일도 담당하고 있어서요...) 

 

-. Sorry this got lost in the shuffle of the last week. (지난 주 바빠서 깜박 잊었습니다)

        (주: lose ~in the shuffle  <무심결에> 깜박 빠뜨리다  I got lost this in the shuffle)
